Slide 1 of 3
Saturday mornings with Dohyun
Kids' lessons now run on Saturdays from 10, at home or online.
How lessons work
Online or at home
A video lesson from anywhere, or your teacher at your door in North York and Thornhill.
Pick your teacher
Jiyoon for adults and TOPIK, Dohyun for kids — or whoever is free.
Evenings and Saturdays
Hour-long lessons, weekdays 4 to 9 pm and Saturdays 10 to 3.
Your level first
Tell us where you are when you book, and the lesson starts there.
Two teachers, one kitchen table at a time
Jiyoon taught at a language school in Seoul for eight years before moving to Toronto; Dohyun grew up here speaking Korean at home and English everywhere else, which is exactly who he teaches now. Tell us where you are when you book — a few words, a whole K-drama, a TOPIK date — and the first lesson starts there.

Jiyoon
Adults, heritage speakers, TOPIK
Eight years at a language school in Seoul. Grammar that sticks, real conversations and a plan for your TOPIK date.

Kids 6 to 12
Grew up in Toronto speaking Korean at home and English everywhere else. Lessons with songs, games and a sticker chart.
Questions
Online or at home — which is better?
Adults usually choose online; kids do best at home, at their own table. The lesson is the same.
Do I need books?
No. We bring them to a home lesson and send a PDF before an online one.
Can I keep the same time every week?
Yes: book a few weeks ahead at the same time, with the same teacher.
